Managed IT and security

You have between three and twenty people. Your IT works, until the day it does not, and nobody quite knows who holds what.

We take it over, put it back in your name, and keep it running.

What we cover #

• Mail and Microsoft 365: accounts, permissions, multi-factor authentication, security baseline
• Workstations: monitoring, patching, antivirus, encryption
• Backups: monitoring, offsite copy, and regular restore testing
• Domain and DNS: management, renewal, protection against spoofing of your address (SPF, DKIM, DMARC)
• Access and identity: who has access to what, joiners and leavers, password manager
• Your users: support, and phishing awareness

How we work #

An audit first. Before any commitment, we establish what you have, who controls it, what is at risk and in which order to address it. You leave with a report, whether you continue with us or not.

Your subscriptions are yours. Microsoft 365, backup, monitoring: subscribed in your name, paid directly by you, at public prices. We resell nothing and take no commission: our only income is our work.

A flat fee, not a meter. A known monthly amount covers day-to-day management. One-off projects are quoted separately, before they start.

Our commitments #

You own your domain, your environment, your licences and your data. If you leave, we transfer everything within five working days, at no charge.

We carry professional indemnity insurance. The certificate is attached to every contract.

Our data processing agreement and our list of sub-processors are public.
